Chad Linkous
Squamous Cell

Our 2nd 2016 wish recipient was Chad Linkous from Cantonement, FL.  On January 13, 2016, Chad Linkous (at the age of 44) was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma, discovered in a lymph node on the right side of his neck. Squamous cell is typically a skin cancer, but can also be found in other areas of the body. After a PET scan was performed on January 22nd, it was determined that the cancer found in the neck was not the primary source of the cancer, and that there were several other "hot spots" around the same area, including the tongue, tonsils and areas inside his nose.

Chad is back in Cantonement and doing well.  We wish him the best as he continues to monitor his cancer and pray for a full recovery for him.
